Join the Patient and Family Advisory Council
The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a space where patients, former patients and their families can come together to provide feedback on our services and help guide how we deliver care to the community.
This group meets four to six times per year to discuss the hospital’s services. As a patient or family member, your role is to share your personal perspective and experience – no particular knowledge or training is necessary. The meetings take place at the hospital, typically at lunchtime, and last about an hour. Most people participate in the PFAC for one to two years.
If you are a current or former patient, or an immediate family member of a current or former patient, we’d like to hear from you. Please contact Kayla Smith by phone at 270-251-4246 or email at Kayla.smith3@lpnt.net.
