At Jackson Purchase Medical Center, our nurses deserve special recognition for the services they provide for our hospital and the community for which we serve. This page is dedicated to the men and women who value the human condition above all else and work every day towards providing compassionate health care to those in need.
Although most people associate med/surg nursing with caring for patients in a hospital after illness, injury or surgery, the field actually encompasses nurses who care for adults with acute health conditions, whether in outpatient facilities, hospitals or long-term care facilities.
