Jackson Purchase Medical Center will be bill your insurance company on your behalf if you have provided us with your insurance information at the time of registration. Any co-payments, deductibles and co-insurances are due and payable at the time of service. We do have payment options available for most every need. Itemized statements are available upon request.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available to those who qualify. Jackson Purchase Medical Center has two in-house representatives available to screen patients for any assistance available.
